I feel bad for this kid Sanogo, it is really Wenger fault putting so in a demanding position this early in his career. He is clearly not ready for first team football and really should be loaned out before this transfer window closes.

He looks like he has a lot of potential, but you're right, he's just not ready yet. Going out on loan would be the best thing for him. And if he does stay, he definitely shouldn't be starting ahead of Podolski or Campbell.

I'm waiting until tomorrow night to pass judgement. I'm hoping we'll sign atleast a DM and CF but I have no faith.

It's looking increasingly likely we won't sign anyone. Still holding out hope but can't say I'll be suprised.

Typical Arsene as he's again being reactive instead of being proactive. He signed Sanchez and Debuchy which were great, but he needed to bring in a true striker, defender, and defensive midfielder. Yet he again has waited until the last day. Even if Giroud had been fit, we all knew we needed someone else proven (sorry Sanogo).

Chelsea got Costa, City have Aguero, Liverpool have Sturridge and now Balotelli. United got Falcao. We have.....Ya Ya Sanogo and a gimped Giroud.

If we don't sign anyone, I'm not prepared to blame Arsene alone.

I'm sure it's a collective effort of Arsene, the board, and our owner. An owner who, correct me if I'm wrong, has shown time and time again when he owns a sports franchise that he's more concerned with making money than winning.

As it stands, we're using Sanogo or Alexis as our striker until our decent striker is fit again. We're not signing a CB, and maybe, just maybe we sign a DM, but I doubt it.

So, our one CB signing this year is our third CB, second RB, and possible DM? Our second LB, who is currently our fourth CB, is starting at LB because our first LB can't stay healthy.

And the team we sold RVP to have now replaced him faster than we have.

I don't understand how this window stared out so differently, yet ended the same (most likely).

But when Diaby comes back, it'll be like a new signing.....

.......and then he'll be injured in warmups.

We have several new signings in the next 3-4 months.

Diaby, Gibbs, Walcott, Arteta, and Giroud.

If reports are to be believed, we have a new signing having a medical.

                        His name you ask???

It's an odd one. I think it could work as a change of pace, but we need more than that for the next 6 months without Giroud.

A club of Arsenal's stature now resorts to picking up United's misfit toys.

However, he is an upgrade over Sanogoal.
