Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
So intense. Nerve racking. I'm absolutely knackered. Feels like I played that game. Wilshere was immense. Alexis and his insane workrate. Debuchy was just great overall bar the red card. Kos was like a rock back there. Santi put in a great performance too. Ozil is a waste of space when he has to play on the wing, we need him as a 10. The ref was a clown.Comment

I reeeeally hope we don't start seeing Ozil play more games on the left, I just don't like it. Wilshere can be good up at the 10 but Ozil needs to be there everytime. It is fine against teams like this but against the top dogs the left side is going to get tore up like we saw against Everton.Comment

I'm relieved we advanced, but again, we didn't make it easy for ourselves. I cannot understand why Ozil was again played on the left when he's not effective. He was much better when he was playing centrally.
Again, we didn't have anyone in the box and it took us long periods of time to really get going. Squandered chances didn't help either.
The thing that struck me was Wenger not wanting to buy anyone else. I still think we need some help to really compete especially up front and in the midfield. Everton showed that and today showed thatComment

I just got my kits in the mail today. Of course they were staring at me on the chair at work all throughout that match.
I wear a large in Nike and went with the same size in the Puma. The "fan" (non-NIPPLES!!!!!) kit is a tad shorter than the Nike kit (which is good) and a little tighter. If you had a little room with the Nike kits, you'll be ok. I love how it fits.
I got a Ramsey Home and a Chambers Cup kit. The Cup kit is absolutely glorious.Comment

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
Well, Wenger said we needed CL Group Stages qualification to buy players, and we qualified, so now we need to go buy players.
David Ornstein says we're unlikely to sign a striker, but NBC Sports somehow thinks we're about to make a massive bid for Cavani:

#AFC unlikely to sign striker despite Giroud injury. Not definitive but current plan is existing options rather than buy/loan #bbcsportsday

Good news also fellas . We are a top 8 seed for the draw tommorrow, so the chances we get a draw like last year are much, much lower.

It just boggles my mind that Wenger says you still don't need a striker.Comment
