    Can't wait.
You guys need to stop this "we're not worthy" stuff with Alexis.

He DOES have a bad attitude, he's always been a douche canoe. He left Barca because he thought he should start over players who were performing better than him. He's being a straight up *** right now, and that kind of attitude will only have a negative impact on the dressing room.

As hilarious as it would be Sanchez going to Chelsea, I don't actually want him. If we lost Hazard and replaced him with Sanchez it would be a downgrade in almost every department.

You guys should just let him go and throw an assload of money at one of these wonderkids like Mbappe/Dembele (either one honestly)/Bernardo Silva etc.

Here's the issue—yes, his attitude is horrible right now. However, if he goes, I don't trust the club to replace him properly. He's the most talented player on the team, and he makes the team better when he's playing, regardless of his attitude.

Would I prefer his attitude to improve? Yes, and I think a different manager could honestly handle him better. It's fairly clear everyone has a long leash at Arsenal, players and the manager. When Arsene brought him on in the second half against Liverpool, he signaled more so than ever that he can be pushed around by his players, and that any form of a poor attitude will not be punished, as long as you're not smoking in the showers.

It took us far too many years to sign players at the level of Alexis and Ozil, and I know I speak for many when I say that if they go, we're not confident that they'll actually be replaced, even by someone much younger.

            Indeed. Been a while.

I thought Gabriel was outstanding today. Of course WH didn't exactly have a formidable attack, but still thought he was very sound positionally.

Apparently Arsenal thought this would work the other way too.

Looks like we'll be waiting a few more weeks for that contract announcement.

                Pathetic.

11 goals in the last four away games, and people were thinking we were going to stage an Arsenal surge again this year lol

at least it is a sign that the club is willing to pay world class wages. Even if Alexis leaves, it will be incentive for other players to come. I still wonder why Wenger is dragging out his decision. I think the club is trying to lock down Alexis and Ozil to contract before they make it public.

I can't believe this club would suddenly have the highest paid player in the league.

Smells like a load of crap for now.

Nope. Arsene isn't going to break his wage structure now. Not a chance this is reliable news.

If £299,001 was the the number, it would be a different story.

While we're on the subject of silly stories, this is one I'll believe:

Looks like Sead Kolasinac is set to join us on a free transfer this Summer.

New starting left back, I'd say.

It's match day and I am completely apathetic towards anything Arsenal.

                                I hate that.
