For those in the States, last I checked, tomorrow's North London derby is scheduled to air on ESPN2 HD. Can't wait to see the Gunners in beautiful HD and it could be quite a game. Too bad we're going to the in-laws for the weekend and may be leaving before the end of the game. Sigh...

I like it, if I can get my behind out of bed. Throw the Arsenal hoodieon, drink a <strike>few pints of Guinness</strike> pot of coffee, and enjoy the game. Maybe we won't leave until after if it kicks off at 1pm (think that's 8am my time). Comcast & ESPN always put a much longer block of time on the cable guide that includes the pre/post-game stuff and I'm never sure when the actual kick-off is. It always seems to be different...

And it appears Atletico Madrid are lusting after one Fran Merida. I just read today (in the Arseblog I believe) that Merida was quoted as saying he wants to sign a new deal with Arsenal. But the lure of first-team football -- you'd have to assume Atletico would "promise" him that -- potentially higher wages, and a return to his home country would be very tempting for a young player...

Those two goals in a row were hilarious, especially the expression on Redknapp's face.

And I laughed at how animated Wenger was up 3-0, slamming his jacket down.

Wonderful game. I'd usually never turn down a 3-0 win, but I really wanted at least a fourth yesterday. It was great to see just how hard we were trying to pile on the goals, while Spurs just wanted the final whistle.

As Robbie Earle said, we set out to put Spurs in their place, and we did just that.

It was great. The only downside was Bendtner with the groin injury. It's a good thing Nasri's back.

                    Yeah that was awesome.

                    Fabregas's goal was outstanding.

I was really surprised we didn't see him come in as a late sub. As for another player on the injury list, very sad. However, isn't Walcott due back in a few weeks? Hopefully a few means two at the most.

Gael Clichy out for a month with a suspected stress fracture in his back. Ouch! Good chance for Gibbs to establish himself for you lads.

These guys need to drink more milk and eat more Wheaties... This is friggin' mind-boggling. Didn't Clichy have the same injury last year? And isn't Denilson also out with a similar injury? And aren't they both similar to the injury that saw Gilberto miss the better part of a season a few years ago?

On top of that, Arsene said Bendtner's groin injury is "quite serious" and he would miss "at least four weeks". Donde esta Carlos Vela?

Good read on RVP from ESPN Soccernet...

Much different game last night from the reverse fixture, eh?
