Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
I'm sure that's part of it, but a player that cost that much shouldn't need to be told things like "hey, don't let guys make runs right past you into the box" or "don't commit such utterly stupid fouls". He's got some Emre Can in him. Flashes of something with a big old rock on top of his neck.
Yeah to me that list reads like a lot of those faults are on the player, especially one as reckless as Xhaka.

Can we take a second to discuss what on earth has happened to Auba's hair?Comment

What's to discuss? He wants to compete with Gervinho to set the biggest forehead record in Arsenal history.Comment

There's no such thing as competition in regards to that.Comment

Has anything been announced or discussed about Arsenal fans traveling to Russia? In terms of safety and what not. Seems like things are getting worse by the day with Russia as the WC and Europa league match nears.Current careers:

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
While I do not believe in full that Tuchel will be taking over at the end of the season, I do believe that Arsene's position will actually be reviewed at the end of the season as it was said it will be when the new contract was signed. It wasn't a "two more years" but more of a "one plus one" it seemed.
Either way, interesting news to see when returning from vacation.Comment

Arsenal is really debating over Howe or Rodgers? Do better, you're Arsenal!
(I'd take Rodgers over Howe, btw)Comment

Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
I'd certainly prefer neither, but personally I'd take Howe over Rodgers, simply because I'd be more curious to see what Howe does with a larger budget team. Rodgers may very well be the better manager, that I wouldn't really argue.Support Local Sports

Being actually serious for a moment, Brendan is definitely the better manager, and honestly I'm not even sure he's worse than Tuchel.Comment

I don't honestly have an issue with either of those statements. My apprehension, regardless of it's validity, is that I'm not enamored with the idea of PL retread. I would love some new blood. Pretty much the same reason I wasn't thrilled with the Ancelotti rumours(that and I wasn't a fan of him kind of being a mercenary manager at this point)Support Local Sports
