Re: ***The Official Arsenal Gunners" Thread***
We've been giving them more and more chances going forward as the half went on so I'm glad the whistle went when it did. Hoping that some adjustments at the half can see us grab a second and close this out.Comment

An away point + losing Auba for three matches is just absolute crap. We should've scored more than once in the first and put it away from there. We gave Palace chances more than they created, and never took our own as we should've.
Officiating was very, very poor, but we should've won in spite of that.Comment

I fee they lost all steam after the first 20.
That’s two matches now where we have started brilliantly (also Chelsea), and the opponent has adjusted, and it’s like we can’t handle it and revert to old habits.
If we are without 11 and 14 for a few matches, we are in serious trouble.

We adjusted at the half against Leeds and looked much, much better.
Just need a lot more time, and now we thankfully have a full week of training before a very tough match against Sheffield United.Comment

Trust me I’m not one for moral victories, but looking for a silver lining, we have to give credit to the team for not falling apart after the red.
Also, I am glad to see the manager “furious” at giving away the goal. That’s what I want to hear. I don’t ever recall seeing a post match presser with anything of the sorts from UE. Rather, it was always some excuse, or happy with a draw, etc etc.
We clearly have a long way to go in terms of mentality and quality. But I am of full confidence that we are on the right track.

I do think that under Emery we lose that game after going 1-1, without a doubt. Head would've dropped, or we at least would've barely held onto 1-1 and he would talk about about how everything worked to plan.Comment

Mavropanos on loan to Nurnberg—should get playing time which is good. Glad to see we're really trying to get players on loan so they can get some minutes in for the remainder of the season.Comment

If he has a good spell he could be in the equation for next season. Saliba, Chambers (get well soon), Holding, and the Greeks.
