And with a lot of new blood. No Dempsey, Howard, Altidore. ...

Since when has Brek Shea been a defender? Did he switch to the FB/WB spot?

Haha, relax, there are a lot of other forward names on there and 12 players need to be cut, so he could be one of them.

More out of necessity than anything else, with Beasley retired(ish).

We are seeing Klinsmann plan in full effect, and if you are not on board your out. Bradley is obviously on board. Not sure we will see the Dempseys, Howards, Altidores of pool next WC. A lot of good young talent on the Klins train and all are board. Confidence is showing on the pitch, we are not winning by luck, but with possession and better touches., and even better some great finishing. We just beat the dutch and germany in their houses by scoring goals in same week!!! We need to crush gold cup competition. Take this play and confidence into qualifying and schedule more top team friendlies.

Wondo should be way way way back in the depth chart at striker, particularly with how the younger strikers are playing.

Even though Bradley missed the shot, I *loved* the fluidity of the counter in the last few minutes of the game today. It was beautiful.

It cannot be undersold. The Netherlands and Germany are preparing for Euro. They had several big names from the World Cup. It was on their home soil. They both took the lead.

It was by far the best week of American soccer in a long time.

If Wood keeps playing like this he won't be playing for teams like Erzgebirge Aue much longer.

The expression on schweinsteigers face? Classic.
