I haven't read Hope Solo's platform, but from what I've read at least Wynalda has some good ideas to fix how ****ed up everything is, he's also acknowledged that he can't, and shouldn't do it alone.

Kathy Carter is just more of the same crap.

      Sadly Carter will win.

I’d love to be proven wrong, but with the full backing, endorsement and inevitable shilling from Gulati’s camp, there’s just no way anyone beats her.

I’m leaning more towards the kid just wanted to play for Mexico. The culture, fans and team are just better than the US. I mean if soccer is your life and you can pick. Why pick the US? Soccer just isn’t as big as a deal here. Soccer is life in other countries.

The decision seems easy, but I do think it was a recent one.

He's been involved with US youth teams and has repeatedly stated a desire to play for the US. He's said several times in the past that he would choose the US over Mexico.

By all accounts, this just appears to be a simple case of us blowing it.

This pretty much covers the situation.

Sueno Alianza  launched a decade ago as a talent search for largely neglected young Latino players in the USA. In 2017, morethan 8,000 players attended Powerade Sueno Alianza tryouts in 11 cities across the USA. In 2013, Jonathan Gonzalez  of Santa Rosa, California, was named the top player at theSueno Alianza National Finals in Los […]

The fact that Thomas Rongen is our chief scout tells you everything you need to know about what a mess the current setup is.

Should have been fired after the Subotic situation.

Geoff Cameron has some things to say:

The powers that be in U.S. Soccer have created a poisonous divide between the MLS players and the so-called “European” players, and until that culture is torn d

He’s 100 percent right and the Klisnmann sack probably happened because the old boys didn’t like his way of operating.

Klinsmann deserved to go. The problem was hiring that fat **** who should have never sniffed the job again.
