Apparently our main competition for Seri is Fulham?

Too many red flags with this guy, makes me nervous.

Yeah that caught me by surprise this morning but apparently he doesn't want to go there so who knows. Apparently Dortmund have also entered the race.

Haven't been on OS in ages. Nice to see the that you all didn't abandon ship after last season...

The Ronaldo move has me wanting to talk about the transfer window. I'm sure this has been said many times but this Sarri-saga is an absolute embarrassment. Can't believe we're a month away from the PL season with no manager or transfers activity. Unfortunately, I think now is the time for Hazards inevitable departure to Real. The timing couldn't be much better for him. He arguably walks in as their best player and with Chelsea in shambles I wouldn't blame him for leaving. It hurts cause he's the reason I became a fan.

I'm still on the Morata train. He's got confidence issues but deserves another season to get his head on straight...or feet I suppose. Not a fan of these Higuain rumblings at all.

I don't know much about Jorginho but the rumors are heating up and he played in the Sarri system, so that's positive. I really liked what I say from Golovin in the WC. He's not as polished but I like his work rate. Praying that we don't send RLC on loan again but all these potential midfield signings scare me.

The one ray of hope is that Real is in a bit of limbo as well. Ronaldo and Zidane gone, Lopetegui is not a very highly rated coach and not even really a good one. Hazard wouldn't exactly be walking into an ideal situation and could very well be similar (offensively) to his situation at Chelsea where he is the walking target once again.

Also, he is all about his family and they love London, so that will play a factor. I do still think there is a decent chance we can keep him, but we definitely need to pull our heads out quickly.

Sounds like we might have finally done so, but I'll wait until tomorrow all the same.

Looks like even BBC is reporting Sarri to Chelsea nearly done, so I guess that’s that. Additionally, we may have snaked Jorginho from City as part of the deal?

If we do that and get Hazard and Tbo to sign new contracts then our summer just got immeasurably better.

                Welcome back Wise One!

Yeah, the summer got off to a really bad start but it was always going to slow in regards to transfers since it's a WC year. It would have helped to solidify the managerial position though lol.

Like Brahv said, we wrap up Sarri and Jorginho, possibly snatch Rugani & Golovin, and sell off some dead-weight (DD, Pedro, etc...) and all of us can breathe a huge sigh of relief.

There's a few stories going around that Cesc Fabregas might be involved in the Jorginho/Sarri deals.

Hopefully not, he would be perfect in Sarri's system off the bench (if he agrees to it).

On a related note, it's hilarious that Cesc Fabregas has become a Chelsea fan favorite. I mean, I genuinely don't know any Chelsea fans who don't love him.

Really hope we keep him around, same with Cahill and the Geezer, though I think the latter might be off. I just get the feeling that his knee injury was much worse than everybody let on, which would explain us buying another CB (also likely means Zouma is gone too, which makes me a bit sad).

Barca have offered £53m for Willian apparently lmao.

I’ll fly over here right now, rent a car, and drive him to Spain myself.

Saw a pic of Cesc the other day in training. He looked ripped. Even though his decline physically has been steep he's still a total pro.

He needed to find a way to make Costa happy. Lost the team last year. Inexcusable.

He just needed to get on board with our transfer program, that's literally it.

Even finishing outside the top 4, he'd have been fine if he was in full agreement with the board on transfers. That's what killed him.

Costa had been trying to go back to Atletico basically since he got here, I don't think anyone really blames Conte for that one, at least they shouldn't.

His insistence on having full control over transfers, and his general transfer targets being at odds with the direction we are trying to go, was ultimately his downfall.

I still love him, he was a great guy and I wish it could have worked out. Wish him all the best.

Since we could lose Hazard/Willian who are they replaced with? We'll need an Insigne/Callejon for Sarri-ball. I haven't seen any rumors about attacking wingers.
