Wenger going to Barca and immediately winning several trophies would be beyond hilarious.

Also @Kreb, you guys can do way better than Enrique

Only way to make it better is if he spends a bunch on players as well, to prove we all got duped by the board.

He'd win the CL and knock out Arsenal in the process. It's destiny.

I don't want to get my hopes up in terms of who we'd land. First, I still don't think Arsene will leave, but will instead decide to selfishly stay because he doesn't want to stop managing, so why not stay where he is.

I just can't believe when I hear things like Allegri being a possibility. I feel like we'll get Arsene again, or a very underwhelming appointment.

I don't but the "I need rest" bit. It's 100% Messi doesn't want him there anymore

            I don't think it's necessarily Messi.

Enrique is probably one of the few managers out there that I will legitimately entertain the "overrated" discussion. He's tactically not just naive, but quite poor. I honestly think he isn't quite sure what he's doing, and for a while now I've thought that maybe that Barca team won the treble despite him, rather than because of him. He was borderline atrocious in all 3 management positions he held before Barca. Obviously he's done well at Barca, but when that front three they have is on form you could have a child managing them and they'd still win.

I don't think it's really Messi, I think maybe the board finally realized he isn't anywhere near a top manager.

If Leicester or any other club appoint Pardew then they deserve everything that happens to them afterwards.

In 2019 when Arsene's next extension expires?

Oh, you mean this Fall? Uhh...the Allegri rumors maybe seemed plausible...who knows. I'm sure we'll pay plenty, and they won't have a horrible squad to deal with.

I also believe they'll have money to spend. The most? No, but I do believe that Arsene's personal philosophies have curbed the spending the club has done over the years.

Ranieri? According to Cantona, he is a MAGICIAN.

"The magician came into a town and transformed a bunch of half-talented football players into glorious champions but when the first clouds appeared the ungrateful brats conspired to get the magician sent away - traitors".

I dunno. Doesn't Ranieri celebrate clean sheets with pizza parties? History suggests that Arsenal should steer clear of pizzas!

Yes, he's not. Imagine this MAGICIAN in charge of a huge team like Arsenal or Barcelona with all their players-magicians on field. Clean sheets for years to come, pizzas every 3 days...
Was that Alexis spotted laughing on the bench after the 1-5? What an ungrateful brat. A traitor.

Hopefully, he can undo the damage Warburton did with his disastrous signings last summer.
