Because Tuchel will get along with everyone and have zero interpersonal issues. None at all...

If Dortmund don't bottle it than the heat is going to get turned up massively on Tuchel. Knocked out of both cups, especially the UCL where Nagelsmann had them flying and now needing help to win the league.

Not winning the league with the position they were in near the end would really seem to be the nail in the coffin. No way he doesn't know the minimum expectation, even though he came in the middle of the season was to win the league.

Tuchel needs blame and probably sacking but something is wrong with this group of players too. Apparently they mutinied on Nagelsmann. Of course, it's easier to replace the manager than a lot of the squad.

Even with a club such as Bayern, with the highest of expectations, I still think it's silly to not give a manager an actual preseason and perhaps a chance to slightly reshape the squad.
