I love reading posts like this. This is exactly what we were talking about some time ago about bias and double standard. Yes, we all suffer from it from time to time and at a varying degree, but what Brahvo says here is spot on.

Players from certain teams gets a ridiculous amount of leeway and players from other clubs gets none at all. If we look back a few years and use Spurs as an example, when Spurs were a mid-table club, nobody really cared one way or another. We've had divers, hardmen and everything in between. But that leeway has decreased exponentially with the better league performances.

If we use Liverpool as an example, they got considerably more spite during their last shot at league title, although Suarez and Gerrard must take some of the blame for that. And so on...

A loss and Stoke are gone.

Loftus-Cheek deserves to be on the plane to Russia in the summer. I hope Southgate selects him.

Feel bad for him too. The only player who was with Stoke when they were promoted a decade ago and now his mistake is the last nail in their relegated coffin.

I thought Poch might play some younger guys these last few games but he is going all out today. When healthy, this is Spurs best XI but I do not believe they have ever played together due to injuries with Rose, Wanyama, Lamela and Alderweireld.

The Swansea/Southampton match on Tuesday is immense. Swansea trailing at Bournemouth. If that result stands and Southampton get a point against Everton they move above Swansea because of a better goal difference.

Stoke going down just made today a holiday. Goodbye, orcs.

I know Spurs want a win to secure top 4 but wasting time and playing for the draw to relegate West Brom would be very satisfying after watching them take points from Spurs over the years using the same tactic.

Spurs with the own goal to help West Brom.

This is why I want them to go down. Every time Spurs play them it's down to the end.

Wether they stay up or not, it just shows how piss poor Pardew was for that dressing room.

Well, it looks like Spurs are determined to keep the 4th place trophy in play.
