I'm curious to see if there's any issues with Mhki in Azerbaijan.

Shaqiri in Belgrade is even spicier. He already has a history of provoking Serbian fans. And Serbian fans have chanted to kill all Albanians in the past. Bantz!

I mean, Shaqiri's safety is probably fine, and he'll be allowed in the country.

Armenia-Azerbaijan is an on-going conflict that has recently been escalating again, and Armenians are often not allowed in Azerbaijan. It's not about spice, it's more about if world politics plays an actual part in whether Mhki will be allowed in the country.

I didn't realize things were that bad between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

            Re: 2018-19 UEFA Competitions Thread

With Leipzig holding up their end of the bargain, all of the Bundesliga teams are through to the group stages. Below are my predictions, so I can be laughed at later. Last year I was 3-3, getting Koln, Bayern and Dortmund correct, and Hoffenheim, Hertha and Leipzig incorrect.

            CL:
Dortmund- Competitive group, but I think Dortmund ends up in 2nd.
Schalke- They should win the group, but Schalke is going to make getting through look really hard. 2nd in group.
Bayern- They sleepwalk through the group and get 1st. I'll also predict they'll win a round after that and before losing to a Spanish giant.
Hoffenheim- 2nd place is attainable, but I think they've lost too much to transfer and injury. 3rd place and into the EL.

            EL:
Leverkusen- They should win this group. 1st.
Leipzig- My friend is a Celtic fan, and RB vs RB should be fun. I am looking forward to this, even though I would have preferred Leverkusen's group. Leipzig wins the group. 1st.
Frankfurt- I'm trying not to read too much into the loss to Ulm, but I'm seeing 3rd place here. The team is in transition and the draw is tough.

When Dortmund played them a few years back, he wasn't able to travel with the team. This would be the second time he wouldn't be allowed into the country.

I was just surfing through my dvr tv listings for next week to set up CL and Europa matches to record and found absolutely nothing! Unbeknownst to me all the Canadian tv rights are gone from TSN & Sportnset this year and are now on DAZN streaming site (Don't even know what the hell that is).

Hopefully I can figure out how to get this. I see the DAZN logo on my PS4. Hopefully signup is easy.

I've never streamed anything in my life (not a techy guy by any means). Hopefully I can figure out how to get this. I see the DAZN logo on my PS4. Hopefully signup is easy.

DAZN just launched in the US but they don't have the CL right here TNT/TBS does but DAZN here in the US has the AFC CL Japan J-League Bellator MMA Chile Primera division and Matchroom boxing to start with but they are going to go for the rights when the CL (and the other big ones ) come up in 2020-2021

DAZN Canada is pretty great. I wish I could get it easily in America.

^ Just curious how it all works. It says it has all CL and Europa games. Do they keep all the games on the service to watch in your own time or is it live and that's it? Like if I chose to watch Liv/PSG live, do I have the opportunity to watch the Monaco/Atletico match later?

I spent about 30 minutes in chat coaxing that info out of people including getting transferred back and forth from Germany/Austria/Switzerland support to Canada support.

                          ^ Wow, thanks for that.

I'm going to take the plunge. It shows for Canada subscribers, $20 a month which includes one month free or pay $150 for 12 months. I'm taking the year.

I thought the Spurs v Inter game was supposed to be on TNT, but they are showing Barca v PSV?

I have Spurs - Inter on some channel called GALA (567 on Comcast). It's in Spanish but tbh, I never even knew this channel existed.
