We have VAR and they still called that a penalty? OK

Was the contact on the trailing leg? I can't tell where the contact is.

They only showed like two angles and they were both awful. One looked like there was contact, but would really like to see what VAR was looking at.

Improved on the backup keeper position and got paid. Not bad.

Super Cup has been much more entertaining than I expected.

Could probably use Migs for these pens though.

GG, pretty weird overall so fitting it's gonna end in a shootout.

I don't like our chances in this shootout with Adrian in goal.

Should have been overturned, no contact at all.

Probably should have even been a yellow for simulation.

That might get re-taken. He came off the line early.
                        I guess not.

Klopp with the blazing speed onto the pitch. I don't think I've ever been that excited about anything in my life.

Just hoping that it wasn't called because it's the Supercup and who cares.

Thought they actually made a good change to get more strict about keeper and player positioning during penalty kicks.

I do wonder if they would have overturned an earlier one that didn't have the players and staff rushing down the field.

It's really tough on the keeper if the player does a late hesitation. I think if you're expecting the keeper to keep one foot on the line, the taker should have to maintain a consistent run up.

I also don't think it should be automatic. I thought the way it was called at the Women's World Cup was too nit-picky. If the keeper gains an obvious advantage, sure call it.
