Southgate is another international manager who gets away with letting his talent make up for his crappy tactics.
Why do you need two holding mids vs Scotland? You have Phillips picking up all these central positions ahead of Rice but you know who would be better there....a player that actually excels in that spot..Grealish.

Harry Kane looked disinterested the entire match. To give Scotland some credit, having Tierney in the lineup really gave them a spark on the left side. The way him and Robertson were over/under lapping one another was fun to watch. If Che can find a way to create better, Scotland may pull out an upset over Croatia.Comment
