Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
(Before anyone responds, go watch it again. The ball was gone, like way gone—he just wanted to bring down Gomes from behind, and not by pulling on his shirt.)Last edited by Krebstar; 12-22-2021, 07:55 AM.Comment

Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
Harry Kane legitimately does not care, and has basically said so. He actually caused the injury that ended that one Newcastle defenders career and the media just swept it under the rug. The one time he got asked about it he said he didn't do anything wrong and that he felt bad the guy got hurt or something.
Same thing with the undercutting. He has stated on record he doesn't think there is anything wrong with it and that he will continue doing it.Comment

Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
Difference is Kane is actually just completely unapologetic about how he plays. Son is a pretty dirty player too but at least he seems genuinely sorry when he eventually hurts someone.

Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
Great that referees showed their consistency with Morton not seeing red for the same thing as Kane did on Sunday.
It’s a clear straight red and VAR would’ve given it because he isn’t England captain but thankfully, no VAR until the next round for some reason.

Yep. Now Wolves get a 9 day break before they play Arsenal, who have a day in between matches.
