Specifically in regards to the PL, there have been reports that there is a very low rate of fully vaccinated players and that is being thrown around as one of what is surely many reasons.Comment

Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
Maybe it's my perception being skewed of the other leagues and sports because the PL seem like they don't have a overall plan of how to handle the situation. Like the were caught off guard by a situation that's heading into it's 3rd year.

Scoring a nice goal in a game but making a mistake to allow a goal in the same match shall be known as a "Shelvey" going forward.Comment

Thiago having a rough night so far. Nearly at fault for another goal if it weren't for Alisson.Comment

Re: 2021-2022 English Football Thread
Last time Liverpool failed to score in a match was when they got knocked out of the CL last season, 0-0 against Real Madrid. 31 or 32 - something like that - in a row with a goal.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 12-16-2021, 03:52 PM.Comment

That was an embarrassing dive by ASM when he should have been punished for doing that **** towards his own end. Come on ref.
And there's another one by Fraser to give them a dangerous free kick.Comment

If you want an example of terrible English pundits look no further than Jermaine Jenas and Joe Cole trying to explain that the Jota goal shouldn’t have stood for a head injury that didn’t exist and that Trent should’ve given a penalty away for winning the ball.

Did Everton actually do something useful? Don't see that very often.Comment
