    Re: The Transfer Thread

Now I do believe Kaka is gone. Forgive me with not falling for it because transfer rumors are like a-holes...you know the rest. But this one looks like it's a done dealy.

Okay, now I am HYPER PISSED. Why the hell would you sell Kaka now...when just a few days ago, you sold Gourcuff away when he could've finally played his natural spot at Milan?!?!

Berlusconi & Galliani are a couple of butt turds!

        And now Chelsea deny it.

Maybe that's why I like the Blues. They're so similar to the Redskins. Every high priced FA/player is rumored to go there.

Including Pato... for 45M pounds. BTW, how do you do the symbol for pounds on here?

Kaka will end up in Madrid. Florentino will pay whatever he has to to get Kaka. And I suspect Ronaldo will not be too far behind. Money is no object to Perez when it comes to big name attacking players.

Now defensive players on the other hand. He could care less about them. Which sucks because LB is probably the teams biggest need.

Pato would be a chucklehead to leave Milan for Chelsea because:

                1. He has a fellow countryman as his manager. Dunga was at a recent Milan match to check on things, so I am sure Leonardo told Dunga he would do his best to accommodate Pato and the rest of AC Brazil.

                2. Why would Pato go back to playing for a manager that didn't play him enough? I love Super Pippo Inzaghi like any other Milan fan, but Pato should be first choice all the time.

I think the Pato thing is absolute rubbish as well. Pato will take over Kaka spot as the player Milan will try to build around now that Carlo and more than likely his over the hill favorites are now out the door.

I really hope Pirlo stays at Milan as he is one of my favorite players and I would hate to see him at Chelsea. Because for one, I hate Chelsea and two, because I just don't see him getting much time in that crowded Chelsea CM spot.

Yeah, I don't see them giving him up and Kaka in the same summer. That would be a PR nightmare.

Like I said before. I don't believe sh*t until there is a press conference with the player holding up his new club's kit.

Which is how it should be when dealing with the European Press. The amount of ridiculous rumors in European Papers would make ESPN shake their heads.

Kaka to Madrid is basically a done deal. According to most reputable papers in Spain and Italy. Probably won't be announced until after Berlusconi is re-elected though. Also Kaka is in Brasil as well on International duty.

Agreed, P2K. Just echoing KG's sentiment that Chelsea always comes up as a destination for big name players...

True because of Roman's big bucks with the promise of making Chelsea into the European darlings. It's an easy draw.

I think Pato's agent is using Chelsea as leverage to get Milan to give him more money.
