Re: The Transfer Thread
BBC just said less than £7M plus 2 going to Blackpool on loan. Shelvey and Darby I believe.'Some people believe football is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed with that attitude. I can assure you it is much, much more important than that.'-Bill ShanklyComment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Hmm, I'm surprised it is Shelvey since he seemed to get a good run of sub appearances when Kenny came back. I guess with Adam & Henderson on board and Downing looking a great possibility, midfield spots will be scarce.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
^^ Yup, I hope Shelvey get enough PT to develop. I think he can the man when Stevie hangs it up.
** Funny story, I became a fan of Shelvey only after he scored twice in his debut for me when I was playing FM 11. HahahaST. LOUIS RAMS FRANCHISE (MADDEN 2010)

Chelsea are expected to launch a new offer for Modric, worth £27 million.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...ka-Modric.html
Bendtner set to leave Arsenal for £9 million, with Sporting Lison and Borussia Dortmund leading the way.
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/foo...n-9m-deal.html
I just don't see him going to Dortmund, as I can't see them spending that much on one player right now, unless Barrios is set to leave, which I have heard nothing about him going. So, if he stays, that would be Barrios, Lewandowski and Bendtner. I just don't see it happening.Comment

Looks like Guzan won't be getting much playing time.

Corinthians make £35 million offer for Tevez.
The Brazilian club Corinthians have made a £35m offer for Carlos Tevez, who wants to leave Manchester City in order to be closer to his family in Argentina
Damn. Short of the £50 million price City put on him, but that is still impressive considering it seems he's nearing the point of just refusing to play and demanding a transfer.Comment
