        Ian Harte is back in the Premiership, signing with Sunderland as a free agent after three seasons at Spanish club Levante. Southampton's Kenwyne Jones will be joining him at the Stadium at Light.

          Asier Del Horno has returned to first club Athletic Bilbao on loan from Valencia.

              A few deadline deals per sky sports... Aston Villa have concluded their long-term pursuit of Curtis Davies, by landing the West Brom defender on a season-long loan with a view to a permanent deal.

              Portsmouth have completed the signing of Glen Johnson on a permanent deal from Chelsea.

              Sevilla have bolstered their ranks with the capture of Arouna Kone on a five-year deal.

              Updates: West Ham have landed Newcastle's Nolberto Solano on a free transfer, just moments before the close of the transfer window.

              Portsmouth have signed Fulham midfielder Papa Bouba Diop on a three-year deal.

              The on-off saga of Gary O'Neil's move to Middlesbrough has been concluded with the midfielder agreeing a switch to The Riverside.

              Atletico Madrid have announced that they have signed Thiago Motta from Barcelona.

                    I haven't heard about Sheva but yup, Ronaldinho set for Milan move.

                            it's funny because for whatever reason, Sigi Schmid doesn't play Szetela that much for the Crew though I do believe he is a good prospect.
