West Ham are still looking to tie up a loan deal for Torino's David Di Michele, as well as potentially signing free agent Stephen Appiah.

Yes, yes, yes. I'm hoping for at least 8th this season, definitely nothing below 10th, and this would help.

And in the least shocking move of the weekend. Arsene Wenger sets on his thumbs during the end of the window.

Not exactly a transfer, but Man Utd's attacking options have increased again after Angolan striker Manucho Goncalves was granted a work permit to play in England.

Both of them? You have to admit, that takes some skill...

United fans rejoice, more attackers to sit on the bench.

Considering that all they had last year was Rooney and Tevez, adding two strikers that provide their squad with something different is reason enough for United fans to rejoice.

United got really lucky last year with neither Rooney nor Tevez picking up a major injury. It also helped that Ronaldo played out of his mind and scored in bunches.

Alvaro Recoba joins Greek club Panionios on a free transfer.

Uncontracted Australian international defender Mark Milligan is supposedly "on the brink" of joining FC Porto, according to local papers.

                              I like money.

I'll tattoo "Man City" on my back if they approach me for a contract.
