Had to do it for that kind of money but let's act like Luiz isn't one of the better and more versatile defenders out there. Not to mention he already brings a good understanding/chemistry with his fellow countrymen Silva.

I read earlier that Atletico Madrid and Chelsea have agreed to a transfer of Tiago returning to CFC on a free. I feel nostalgic but I don't think he offers anything to the club.
