Good eye...I paused it right when it says "sudden death, lowest score takes the round".

I'm thinking the only way sudden death can work in career mode, especially if the player you're tied with isn't one of the playable pros, you'll just be playing against said player's "scorecard" like it is now in career mode.

Would be *really* cool if you're tied with Tiger or JT or one of the other real players in the game, the sudden death actually shows them taking their shots. That would be pretty amazing.

That's how it was done in previous golf games...Tiger Woods 14 had sudden death playoffs (and even aggregate ones/18-hole rounds for the events that did playoffs in those ways), but due to licensing issues, you played against the opponent's score and didn't see their character hitting shots or anything.

I agree it would be cool to see the actual player hit their shots, but that may not be possible...although with the licensed pros, who knows?

Feels like they are really trying to flesh out the “cut-ins” that they had in 2k21 which became dull and repetitive and eventually turned off by a majority of the people playing this game I would assume.

This recent video really adds a new layer of immersion with players shaking hands after a round, players lifting trophies, etc.

Maybe we will get playing groups with the option to watch other players shots??

Trophy ceremony part sounds AWESOME. I absolutely love presentation and that would add a ton.
