Oh Canada! An Ottawa Senators GM Mode

Hello and welcome to my Ottawa Senators GM Mode! Here I'll be reporting scores, trades, signings, etc... as I move through (hopefully) 25 seasons of hockey! I am new to NHL (haven't bought a NHL game since like 05) and after watching some of the Stanley Cup Playoffs I've decided I'm in! The next few posts will consist of my Dynasty Rules, Records, and other information about the team. I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I am!

Dynasty Rules


I will be using a custom slider set I have kind of developed based off of the hardcore sliders. I'm not very good at the game so I currently play on Pro difficulty. As I continue to get better I will adjust as needed.

Salary Cap is turned on.

I will play about 30 regular season games, picked at random. Updates will be provided on a weekly basis. Meaning one week in the actual game.

ALL playoff games will be played.
