Menu's scrolling uncontrollable

So I start up the game, when I have to make my first choice the chooser rolling/scrolling (sorry, cant find a better word for it, English is second language) uncontrollable, cant even go forward from the login menu with the 360 controller plugged in but even with it unplugged the main menu is impossible to use because of that issue.


Anyone knows what I should do?

Reboot maybe? Ive had my xbox one x do something similar.

I've had it happen to me, try restarting your pc.

Sadly it wasn't that easy just to restart pc. Trying to re-install it now.

I had this problem. I had my Saitek joystick and throttle connected along with my Xbox One controller. To play Madden, I have to unplug my flight controllers so that the Xbox One controller is the only controller. So your problem could be that you have another USB device connected.

Thank you for solving it! That was the problem for me as well.
