Broadcast View Mod?

Ok I'm looking for a new project to work on (final version of the stadium mod coming soon) so I'm thinking of trying to mod the broadcast camera.

Khabiib posted this last week:

"It’s one of the CAM files in the Legacy Viewer.
Someone just got to go through and test to find which one controls that particular camera angle.

The game not only looks better from this camera view, but it also plays so much smoother as a lot of animation/movement are hidden from plain view."

So I went into Frosty and looked into the legacy viewer and found a .dir file under the broadcast folder in the camera section. The problem is I dont know what the hell to do with the file or how to mod it. Any thoughts?

any progress? i would love to see a closer broadcast cam, particular with cpu vs cpu.

Nope. I need help because I dont understand how and what to change to even try to experiment with it. This is completely different than the other mods.
