Any ETA?

Im very curious to use it with madden 20 since overall madden 20 is better looking

There is no ETA we just got to wait. However if we go by last year probably September. Going by what he has posted in the discord he already has access to Madden 20 but some things has changed from M19.

EA has been putting a lot of improvements in to the Frostbite engine I read somewhere recently to help their own internal teams I'm sure after the whole Anthem debacle.
