Is it possible to mod the sidelines as far as adding players, camera man, refs, etc..

Not unless there are hidden meshes and animations that add people there.

Would be nice if you could improve the visual quality. I get sick of seeing flat tan helmets on the sideline when playing as a team with metallic helmets like the 49ers.
