Custom Schemes M20

I did searches on the forum and can not find where someone has made custom schemes. I know following schemes only helps with XP boosts. However, it is more annoying during draft and other situations to not following the scheme you enjoy having. Earlier Madden's you were able to set scheme by position.

Does anyone have a mod they can direct me to or how to mod this in?

Example: I always like having 2 run stopping DT, two pass rushing DE, Balanced CB's, Ballhawk FS, Run stopping SS, FG MLB, and Speed OLB's.
