I do it through trades primarily.

What really helps is I have a spreadsheet that has where all players are at so there isn't a lot of searching around.

Please note that this is half completion of the entire project. I have no timeline for the remainder of the project but I do have some goals in mind. If there are any mistakes please let me know and I can fix it.

Awesome idea, I played a similair roster set on 2k but based on hometowns. I would suggest a Virginia/Virginia Tech/Maryland Washington Redskins. I very much dislike the Redskins and Va. Tech, I realize UVA alone isn't too impressive. The three together are a legit roster though. Regardless this should be good.

Tonight I purchased Madden 16 solely because of your College Roster. After a 6 1/2 hour wait for it to download I fired this puppy up and it was well worth the wait.

This is an awesome idea.

I do have a question do. How did you reason when you picked the teams for the schools?
I would think teams and school should, where possible, have a geographical connection.

Which would mean:
LSU - Saints
Notre Dame - Colts
Ohio State - Bengals ( or Browns, but you have Clemson there )
Oregon ( filling out with O State/WSH schools if necessary ) - Seahawks
Michigan schools - Lions
Arizona schools - Cardinals
The Carolinas - Panthers
Maryland and the Virginias - Redskins

and USC - Chargers but I actually like 49ers better with the similarity in uniforms.

Just a suggestion, if you don't agree or it's to much work to change I can fix this myself when you've finished.

But as I said, really cool idea, looking forward to the finished roster.
