So I downloaded a roster where the author had reduced all the DBs ratings very similar to yours, as well as removed traits. I tried on All Pro (wanting better offense from the CPU) and initially I was thrilled. I was passing and finding guys in spaces and the dbs and linebackers weren;t jumping everything I threw. On the few times I messed up the timing they might jump the route but deflect it. It felt organic and good. I thought this was it.

But I made one mistake and they picked me off and took it to the house. I was like....yeah...I misread that and my timing was late. That was on me. But...the real damage was in the momentum swing. Because in the 2nd half, they started picking off everything....I mean everything. I quit the game in the 4th quarter when I threw my 5th interception...one of those tipped by the defender then caught by another things. It was absurd how the game flipped into what felt like old school All-Madden hijinks to make sure the CPU got the win. It was bad.

Why am I posting here? I guess I was wanting to get confirmation that you still believe AllPro is too jacked up for realism. I really dig Pro but I was finding the CPU was not very threatening on offense against me. I was using your sliders with some tweaks but I think I need to go back to square one and do your trait edits and such and try again.

I can not speak for Armor but I am loving Pro with his slider set. I played a bunch of practice games all before starting my preseason today. Now I am using the Giants who are not a power house team which might explain the game being balanced to me. If I was using say KC who knows I might blow teams out. But so far so good for sure

Yeah I agree, I think if its due to the new fieldsense. If they patched it, things might get jacked up even worse. I am not sure they believe it is a problem. I mean I do not try and force balls before the edit changes recommendation and that seemed to cut things down.

That and I think the new passing is why I don't think they will patch it. I think User INT's would go down if it was used, but I think it takes away from it being based on ratings and more about stick skills. The issue is it doesn't help the AI INT's, but EA worries more about Online play and how it affects it. Which it won't ever matter there.

Just my 2 cents. I mean I could be totally wrong too

I tried a game after editing the ratings of the DBs and LBs on the cpu team and maybe it helped a bit but still noticed some unrealistic ints from a linebacker, a 74 rated linebacker intercepted off me and made a better animation catch than my higher rated wr did, then next drive the same linebacker made int again, most cause I got hit when the ball was released and it floated right to him, i got mad and closed my app out and then got back into the game to "redo the play"

Also playing on all madden difficulty so probably why the int will always just be broken on the difficulty

I’m learning that switching from classic passing to placement and accuracy helps the INT issue. The LBS are still jumping slants over the middle but the placement and accuracy is a way to combat that once you get the hang of it.
