Player Position effecting sliders?

Has anyone experimented with changing the player positions to see if the WR settings play differently? It's odd that the WR1 is lined up against the CB2. So what I did in the depth chart is switched my WR1 and WR2, and then switched by CB1 and CB2 so defensively my best corner lines up against their best WR. This should make for better match ups defensively and may lead to an adjustment in the sliders.

I use the Bengals a lot. First game of the season AJ lined up on the left, Revis guarding Lafell on the right. Same on defense, Pacman lined up on the right covering Decker, Brandon Marshall lined up on the left with Dennard covering.
