I’ve been running all over the CPU, 7-8 YPC. Just wondering if turning my run blocking down would change anything else?

Same. I just played my first all madden game in a long time and these sliders were so dang perfect. I've experimented with other sets to get the right difficulty, but the animations that i see in this set are unrivaled, and i mean UNRIVALED. And i'm finally learning that this is what satisfies me most with madden.

Version 13 has me psyched! Have yet to try a game, but if PBL increase decreases robo-dink-and-dunk AND increases the CPU pass blocking ability, this will be great! So often CPU plays are quick completions or instant sacks (looking at you Aaron Donald; guy is a monster, gets four sacks a game). Will be nice w/ PBL changes to see increased time in the pocket for CPU, leading to deeper throws and less sacks (but also, coverage sacks; very rewarding!), and less TFL against CPU RPOs (comfortable stops, but frustrating when CBs in CFM have more TFL than DL/LBs).

Somehow upping the pbl made the line play worse for me in my 1st game

I had 7 sacks against the cpu and 5 against me. Was averaging about 4 against me and 3 against the cpu.

Passing as a user felt easier overall, completed 68% of passes as Kyler had 4 tds.

Winston was 13-15 134 yards no tds or ints. He got hurt on Chandler Jones 5th sack of the game. Gabbert went 24-35 275 and 2 tds, had 2 interceptible passes but both were dropped. He got hurt and the kicker came in and went 3-6 20 yards and a td.

Neither team could run at all, i averaged 3 ypc and cpu had 2.8 and barely had 50 yards total.

Cpu did attempt deeper passes which was nice but i think them waiting lead to a lot more sacks.

I won 34-23 need to play more games and hopefully the amount of sacks was an outlier not a rule.
