Who Will Be Your 1st Madden 23 Franchise Team?

I'll be starting with my bum a** Falcons baby!! Die hard Falcons fan. Going to feel weird starting a chise with a new QB other than My boy Matty Ice ( Reminds me of when I was starting my Falcons chise with Joey Harrington back in the days ). Either way, I'm excited to rebuild this team & evaluate a rookie QB. Hoping to slowly build them into contention and finally win our first SUPER BOWL.

I figured such, but like I said it’s pretty trivial to do a helmet. Just editing the texture layers and the reflective parameters. There basically already is an asset template in the game for the Cardinals alt helmet, for example (the 2010 Jags, change some colors, vary the glitter amount, etc).

But they still have a design/release plan and can’t go interrupting it just because the NFL suddenly drops new helmets on them, which is why the helmets being part of a patch makes sense.

On 2nd thought....I think I'll start a player franchise as Matt Corral and try to make him the starter for the Panthers. Should be dang near impossible unless I change his dev trait and get gold every practice. LOL

There is no more gold, silver etc practice anymore. Now practice is simmed, and you control reps in weekly prep. Kind of like how 2K5 did some of their franchise stuff.

Assuming I stick with M23, this will be the first year in a long time where my favorite team (Seahawks) will be a blank canvas to build upon. Could also go with some other non playoff teams like the Vikings, Chargers, Commanders, and Panthers.
