At 1st I thought I read his comments the wrong way.

These two games aren't even on the same level in terms of commentary.

In fact the NCAA 14 studio show despite not showing any actual football highlights still does a better job than madden 21 or 22 in keeping you updated with games around the country doing game breaks.

I love how they show box score and speak of which players are doing good in that game.

I can absolutely see the new body types made it into the game, at least. It's very noticeably different. The linemen look like the beasts they should be. Linebackers look thicker and better proportioned. I see a few new animations. It's otherwise looking like a port. Still, if just those two things are only different, I'm surprised and big time appreciative. I'll take it.

And they have a few a different broadcast teams. I wish Madden would do a special team for Sunday Night games or something.

I got a screengrab from that mostly potato livestream of M23 PS4 version. Proof of the new body types implemented. OL are massive. Cam Akers with the true RB quads going on. DE and LB look appropriate. Out to the left, you can see the difference in two DB's bodies.

I’ve been watching gameplay for next gen on YouTube this morning….

One thing that’s very concerning is it seems way to easy to run the ball in the red zone right now. Eric Rayweather literally was able to scramble for the TD at will.

The way the new pocket forms it seems like the middle of the defensive line parts like the Red Sea and leave a 10 foot gap right up the middle every time.

May be something to keep an eye on
