Madden NFL 23 Impressions | Last-Gen (PS4, XB1, PC)

Looks like Xbox One version of Madden 23 is on sale for $30 on Amazon at the moment.

Is it worth getting at that price, or should I stick to playing Madden 22?

Does anyone know if the franchise glitches occur on Last-Gen as well? Are the glitches exclusive to just the PS5/Xbox Series X/S versions of the game? Or are they are problem regardless of which generation you have?

Currently trying to decide whether to pick this up while it's on sale but the franchise glitches have me wary if it is an issue on Xbox One too.

I would say yes. Coming from a offline player, I would recommend it.

I just finished a season and went thru the entire off-season as a user, and didn't encounter any issues at all.

I really wouldn't call this an issue, but the only thing that kind of kills my immersion are player models. Specifically OL,DL players. It's correctable thru player edits, just annoying and time consuming.

Also, I played the Pro Bowl and Washington Commanders players wear Washington Football Team helmets.

I'm in year 3 of mine and no issues yet. Offline though.

The QB drafting issues are definitely improved. As for sliders, I've been using Matt10's all-madden and all-pro set in different leagues with minor adjustments and have been enjoying them.

I just recently did a sim to 2029 to see how the league looked, and I looked particularly for this issue.

I didn't see any teams with a pattern here of drafting QBs at the top spot multiple years in a row. Teams clearly had their QB1, and where they had a good QB2, it looked to make sense in terms of the OVR differential and the course the team was pursuing at that position.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this, given the prevalence of the issue in 22.
