What am I doing wrong? (Setting up 32 Team Control)

I figured out how to control 32 teams by starting my Franchise, go into the User Teams page, and then choose Create New Character. I just leave new character as Coach, as that is what I use for the team I will play as. One of the main reasons I want to do 32 team is so I can go into coach strategies and setup the weekly practice for all teams to be half pads and split. One problem, when I create new character and then start that team, the weekly practice for all of the other 31 teams has already been completed so I cannot even go into the section to set up the reps. And yes, I have EVERYTHING set to Manual, and all 4 options below that set to Off.

What am I doing wrong? I know I read on here somewhere before where some of you all who do 32 team control will change the reps.......

It is all auto done by the CPU at the very beginning of the week. Once you advance to week 2, you can do it all. You didn't do anything wrong.

Ok, thank you Funkycorm! I wasted so much time yesterday trying to get it to work I see how it works now.

You're welcome. They need to really improve the ease of playing multiple teams.
