I've been making custom covers for a while, but I can never get the effects on the player to look like the original. What is everyone using to get the smoothed, anti-grain, HDR-like effect on the player bodies? If it's a photoshop plugin, a mention of a free or portable/cracked option would be ideal.

Could someone make a cover for this Dawkins Image? I'm not sure which system I'm getting it on yet, but if I had to choose it would likely be for XBox One.
