Typically stadium lights will, well, light the stadium. Either they're using defective light bulbs in that stadium or EA should improve how they handle lighting.

Tiburon always keeps the lights on in the stadiums. Broad day no clouds the lights are on, lol. Lighting looks beautiful at times, but it's also a little nutty.
