It depends on the scheme. They are some teams that will sign and start Josh Freeman because he has a rocket arm even though he sucks. Some teams value accuracy, arm strength, mobility and speed differently. One that people havent mentioned, I would start AJ McCarron over Andy Dalton. Dalton is just maddening. I think playing younger players is the way to go regarding Geno, Manziel, and Bridgewater.

I would do Cousins over RG3, I don't use scrambling QB's I like dropback passers. Plus in my CFM's RG3 always misses time with injuries.
