It's pretty clear the chrome stadium in that picture is the Jaguars' stadium. Everything about the general shape (except the scoreboards) is the same.

You actually want them to spend any amount of resources fixing this when that time could be put to better use on more important things (which would be just about everything over this).
I hope they don't give it a second thought.

I think the chrome looks absolutely horrible and gimmicky and can see that getting really old after a few games.

Are you a Jags fan (Not sarcasm)? I looked it up, the Jags are spending $63M in stadium upgrades, including the worlds largest scoreboards. . . That is why one is huge, and the other is last year's stadium. Probably is there to excite fans, look at the old stadium for a sec, and BOOM! Here's the new one.
