False, they routinely put out games a week early by mistake. I have seen games out at every major retailer the week before release, however it is a mistake and the upcoming code will not allow a sell. At Walmart it goes beeeeeepppppp....and that sound breaks your heart....fall for it every DAMN time until I hear that sound.
