You can purchase right now and get the discount, you just can't play it until 12:00 am PDT Tuesday. Go to Madden in the Access Hub, then scroll to the Madden Bundle, it will let you purchase for $53.99.

It's available now and no you don't have to re- download it the 6 hour trail/demo unlocked at midnight on Monday
