It's not going to play perfect to the sport. Even as good as NBA2K and The Show even have crazy out of the normal plays. I know we all want sim football to play out like actual real life NFL but that's never ever ever going to happen. I can play a season with my Jets and throw 65 Td passes with Geno, am I only going to throw 25 to keep it somewhat sim or am I going to try my best to score as much as I can because I can... If I can rush for over 2200 yards with Chris Johnson I'm going to do it... Is that going to be realistic?? No. But am I going to turn a couple 80 yard runs into 5 yard runs to make it more sim??? No. Because it's a video game!!! It's supposed to be fun. Find the fun in the game fellas... If you paid $60 for the game make the best of it... Wait for some updates and just find the good in the games. I been playing Madden since it was John Madden Football without a year lol this is by far the most amazing football game to date on a system. I'm enjoying it. It's amazing. I sit there and can't believe how far sports video games have come... But I know it's a video game and it will always be a video game.... Bugs and glitches and all... I know it will never play out perfect. I'll find sliders and make the best of it.
Exactly, a great post and a great point you make. Also, can you give me some tips on how you get Geno hitting the 65 TD mark?! Haha... Chris Johnson isn't going to be rushing over 2200 yards for me either although he is getting me some very important TD's and just had the game of his Jets career against the Bills

I never have time for defensive adjustments. The cpu offense gets to the line and immediately snaps the ball. I'm not talking no-huddle here. Just on regular plays. How the heck am I supposed to call blitzes and bluff blitzes and such with zero time? Is there some slider for this that I'm missing?

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed in the commentary.

I think I've heard "...and they are in on Peterson" 7,000 times already.

Yes sir! And when you call/execute a screen pass at the right time? Thing of beauty!

The lighting in M25 is progressive, and it's brighter:

M15 - 1pm

They probably went darker in 15 to make the details stand out, but they went too far in my opinion. It all looks like it's under overcast skies in 15, smh.

That said, M25's player models are pretty bad for the most part. Colin Kaepernick looks like a balloon in that game.
The stadium fields are the worst part of the game visually IMO. The player models look fantastic, but all of the field surfaces look a little funny. Colors are kinda off, they don't really look like grass/turf. The game does seem to be sporting an exaggerated gamma or something, making jersey colors really vibrant but making the lighting feel overly dark. Still M15 looked pretty cartoony, the lighting looks exaggerated in that pic.

Impressions after over a week with the game (PS4-Allpro-W/Sliders)
awesome job by this development team. for the first time in years it feels like Madden does most of what is aiming for well. the game still feels like I have a lot more to experience in terms of gameplay depth and controls. not many repetitive animations and situations. every game feels new and different. lots of organic tackles.

The new camera options are great and well over due. even the presentation cams and cuts are done very well. I love the D cam, makes playing D a challenge. the CPU makes me feel like im working to stop them and feel like im always on the verge of messing up and giving up yardage (causing some tense defensive drives) without feeling like its cpu cheating. loving popping back and for the between the cams.

I could go into detail but the pros and cons have been covered well, but i dont see a lot of the cons personally, the pros are on full display this year. I am very pleased with the gameplay!

EA suits, get out of these guys way, they know what they are doing. Great job Rex and the guys!!! im loving M15

Yeah, this has been one of my most underrated additions to the game. I love the fact that I can quickly change cameras throughout the game. I like changing my camera depending on if I'm running or passing, controlling a D-Lineman versus a safety, etc.

One of my minor critiques that's been an issue for me for awhile now is the way players turn after they catch a screen pass or a button hook. When they stop and just sit down and catch the ball, it's hard to control which way they turn up field. In the NFL, you see guys sit down in a zone of the defense, catch the ball, and make a quick spin up the sideline to make the first defender miss. It's very difficult to do that in the Madden series, and sometimes it makes it take too long to turn upfield on those WR screens so that defenders are able to pounce before the receiver is able to turn up field and pick up some yardage.
