I remember on Madden 25 when do have two QB's instead of three they would never get injured. Do they get injured in Madden 15 when you have two?

In Josh Looman's Google hangout with VSN at the time of the CFM information dump, this bug was specifically name-checked as fixed.

I've seen several posts on here where people have said that they've had kickers/punters come in because both QBs got hurt.

yeah, I had the punter come in for one play, then the 2nd string guy came back in, now I have 3 QBs
