Today I did the ps4 system update, and ever since then my game has been having some really bad FPS issues. The offline franchise seems to be lagging while I play. ANyone else have this issue?

i just played 1 quarter and i didn´t experience that. Close the app and restart it. I read somewhere that they did that and it was back to normal.
