Off-line connected franchise won't load game

Anyone else experience this issues you go to play next week menu the screen changes and stays on the loading screen and doesn't move just stays there I walked away from my xbox one for 30 mins and the screen stayed in the same place for 30 mins any fix to this? Thanks madden world

Yes mine is doing the same on ps4 right now. I also cant connect to the EA server.

the work around is "advance/sim player progression" and "advance/sim game prep", in the actions menu. works every time. I also don't use autosaved files but I'm not sure if that's necessary

I've been having some issues with loading, but mostly it's when I turn my Xbox One off while between games in Offline Connected Franchise.

The fix for me has been going into the Xbox One's settings>Network>Advanced> and clear out the Mac address.

The Xbox will restart itself, then it loads for me without any problems.
