RBs & High Motor trait

Some RBs have the high motor trait, do you know what effect it does on them?
Is it a must have?

Thanks.

To me the High Motor trait is worthless IMO..........

High Motor - Purchase this package to ensure your player plays hard on every single play.

That is the definition of the trait............I have never once seen a player of mine just lolly gag it and take a play off here and there lol

Re: RBs & High Motor trait

The description makes me believe that it deals with how much stamina they get per down. So my interpretation would be that they get their max stamina for every play that theyre in for, but thats probably wrong haha. I buy it, but dont usually see a difference...

Re: RBs & High Motor trait

When DPP was introduced in Madden NFL 12, the textbook example provided by EA of a player without the "High Motor" trait was DT Albert Haynesworth, who had a well-circulated highlight in which after he was blocked he stayed on the ground for an extended period of time. His High Motor trait was obviously set to "No".

It's a "low effort" or "high effort" switch, basically.

The thing is that it doesn't seem that you can buy the trait, so I wonder how efficient it is and how much of a deal maker can it be when signing a FA.

It absolutely can be purchased for players who don't already have it. A ton of players already do, but some, such as Jaguars' LB Laroy Reynolds (who I traded for in my CFM), do not.

Re: RBs & High Motor trait

You're right and wrong. It can be purchased, but not for offensive players.
