Challenging Plays

Alright, now call me crazy, but I don't think you're allowed to challenge plays manually in Madden 15. I've been in a situation where I've wanted to challenge a play maybe 20 times, but every time I pause and try to select it, it just says "There is nothing to challenge" without fail. The refs will occasionally look something over, and their are booth reviews once in a blue moon, but come to think of it I've never seen a coaches challenge. The CPU won't even throw the red flag out there.

Has anybody actually been able to challenge, or is it just me?
