Custom PB Help

I've tried making a custom from an empty book I saw posted by someone from OS. My issue is that every time I take it into practice and a game I have missing formations and everything is out of order. I even set all my audibles before testing. Should I just edit an existing teams PB and add or delete or am I doing something wrong with the empty book. Thanks again.

I had that same problem, turned out I had 3 formations that were put under Hail Mary. I started over with new playbook, and didn't delete all the plays before I started editing, I just added and took away as I went. That worked for me.

I did the same thing the first time and ran into this problem. What I ended up doing was picking the Saints PB (since their PB is already pretty damn good) and just added my own plays. Everything was in order and no shotgun plays were under hail mary. Try that out
